Billing & Payment Policy

How commercial service invoices, payments, and adjustments are handled.

Commercial service billing

Westline Services LLC provides commercial waste and recycling management and coordination services under individually agreed terms. Rates, covered locations, recurring service charges, and any additional service fees are determined by each customer's signed agreement and applicable approved changes.

Invoice timing and due dates

Depending on the service arrangement, monthly services may be invoiced in advance. Each invoice or written customer agreement states the applicable payment terms. Some customers may have net-payment terms, while other accounts may follow a different schedule. This website does not establish a universal due date for all customers.

Additional or adjusted charges

Invoices may vary when the parties agree to service changes, additional pickups, overages, credits, or other adjustments permitted by the applicable agreement. Customers should review invoices and promptly report questions or suspected errors.

Automatic ACH payments

Where offered and separately authorized, customers may elect recurring ACH debits of the amounts due under their agreed billing terms. Any such arrangement requires a separate authorization specifying the payment schedule, how amounts are determined, and how authorization can be revoked. Enrollment is not completed simply by visiting this website.

Billing disputes, credits, and refunds

For a billing question or disputed charge, email info@westlineservices.com with the customer name, invoice number, and a description of the issue. We will review the matter against the applicable service agreement, invoice, and relevant service records. Any correction, credit, or refund will be determined under the governing agreement and applicable law. No blanket refund guarantee is offered by this website.

Cancellations and changes

Service term, cancellation, renewal, and notice requirements are determined by the customer's signed service agreement. Stopping an optional autopay arrangement does not by itself terminate an underlying service agreement or unpaid invoice obligations.

Payment security

For bank authorization or payment collection, customers should use only secure links issued through approved payment providers. Please do not email bank-account numbers or include them in this website's contact form.
